PROPOSED CHANGES
Part I, Chapter I, 1-4 Review And Updating Of Regulations
1-4.1 It shall be the duty of the State Fire Marshal to review these Regulations on an annual basis and report his findings to the State Fire Prevention Commission at its October meeting.
1-4.2 It shall be the duty of the State Fire Marshal to make any recommended changes to these Regulations every three years to the State Fire Prevention Commission at the October meeting. The three year revision schedule shall begin in 1997.
