A Day-Care Center is an occupancy in which 13 or more clients receive care, maintenance, and supervision, by other than their relatives or legal guardians, for less than 24 hours per day.
Building Plan(s)
Plan Review Fee: a check or money order payable to State of Delaware; fee is dependent on construction costs.
Please Note: All new Day-Care Center occupancies shall be protected throughout by an approved, supervised automatic sprinkler system and fire alarm system.
Plans shall be signed and sealed by a design professional.
