The State of Delaware’s Police Officer Standards and Training Commission (POST) requires that all police departments in the State of Delaware establish Police Accountability Committees (PAC) to comply with House Bill 206 from the 152^nd General Assembly.

Deputy State Fire Marshals are sworn law enforcement officers and therefore our agency must comply with House Bill 206.

The Office of the State Fire Marshal has entered a joint PAC with the Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement (DATE) and Capitol Police.
